I am thinking about the river towns in Ohio and Kentucky tonight. After three days of rain, there are flood warnings. These river towns are some of the oldest settlements in the Midwest. Due to improvements in dams and the like, these towns do not flood as often as they used to, but extreme weather happens and tonight they are in jeopardy.
