ArtistM C Escher-inspired flooded landscape set against an intricate optical illusion background of M C Escher-inspired impossible architecture, hyper-detailed line work, surreal digital illustration. Add water.
Monochrome ink-on-paper drawing of a sprawling castle-like building complex resting on stone pillars submerged in a lake. The buildings have multiple stories, each with many arched windows and doors. The water’s surface ripples gently, casting detailed, wavy reflections of the buildings. The shoreline consists of stylized, carved rock formations that are also reflected in the water. The sky, rendered with swirling lines and patterns, adds a dynamic texture. The entire image is in black and white, reminiscent of a detailed woodcut or etching.
