A vibrant and detailed mural depicting a historical and allegorical scene of Ukrainian struggle and victory, painted on an arched wall.

At the very top, within the arch, a golden banner with Ukrainian text "ДУХОВНИЙ КУПОЛ КОЗАЦЬКОЇ ПЕРЕМОГИ УКРАЇНСЬКОГО НАРОДУ" (Spiritual Dome of Cossack Victory of the Ukrainian People) is inscribed.

The central and upper portion of the mural showcases a large, ornate golden dome, possibly a church or cathedral dome, crowned with a golden cross and the Ukrainian trident (tryzub) emblem. This dome is bathed in a golden light emanating from behind it, against a dramatic sky with dark, tumultuous clouds on the left evolving into lighter, clear blues and oranges on the right, suggesting dawn or dusk.

Floating on clouds around the dome are several figures of Cossacks, men in traditional attire, with sabers and spears. Many have their arms raised in exultation, looking towards the dome. To the left, there's a village with white houses and a church steeple. To the right, another similar village with a church steeple.
