A scientist's ambition, a quest for youth,
A serum that promised eternal truth,
But the price to pay was steep and high,
As the Wasp Woman's transformation drew nigh.
Her beauty restored, her youth regained,
But at what cost, as her mind was strained,
Her temper flared, her senses keen,
As the wasp's sting coursed through her being.
No longer human, but a hybrid beast,
Her hunger grew with each predatory feast,
And though she may have felt alive,
The Wasp Woman's fate was to survive.
A cautionary tale, a warning clear,
That science unchecked can bring great fear,
For in the pursuit of eternal youth,
We may lose ourselves, our very truth.
