A smooth, very sweaty, well muscled 19 year old works out in the gym he has in his garage. He dark hair and dark eyes. He is very strong, although realistically muscled and not exaggerated, with well defined abs. He is wearing only loose gym shorts, socks and runners. He is on his workout bench currently using a plate loaded bench press and has a look of determination on his face as he works out. He should have a strong, masculine appearance, but be clean-shaven with a smooth chest. He should be facing the viewer. Behind him, in the open garage door stands his neighbor, an 18 year old man. The neighbor is short, about 5'6" and skinny with a skateboarder's body type - skinny but with some muscle definition. He is only wearing blue jeans and skater shoes. He carries a skateboard with him. He has messy and sweaty strawberry blond hair and green eyes. He is watching the other man from behind and has not been noticed by the guy working out (who has his back to him) and is too nervous to interrupt him. Cinematic photography, highly detailed, realistic materials, photorealistic, 8K, horizontal composition, 16:9. No text, no subtitles, no logo, no watermark, no cartoon, no anime.

He wears dark gray athletic shorts, white ankle socks, and black athletic shoes. The barbell has heavy gray weight plates on each side.
To his left, a black metal weight rack holds various dumbbells and additional weight plates. Wooden shelves are visible in the background, stacked with miscellaneous items, and the garage door is partially open, revealing parts of the garage's mechanical structure above. The floor is covered with black rubber gym mats.
In the mid-ground, at the edge of the open garage door, another shirtless, light-skinned man with reddish-blonde hair stands, holding a skateboard in his left hand. He wears blue jeans and light-colored sneakers with black laces. His body is slightly turned to the side, and he appears to be looking towards the man lifting weights, with an expression of curiosity or slight awe on his face. Behind him, an outdoor
