We are in the palace of Zeus. We see Pandora on the floor of the palace sitting in a lotus position up on the floor. The infamous “Pandoras box“ is in front of her on the floor. She has opened the lid of the box and is looking into it. A look off shock and horror covers her face. An eerie, otherworldly glow is illuminating her face. Mists and vaporous fumes are rising from the box. Within the mist and fumes, shapes of horrible, hellish creatures can be seen. They represent the evils Pandora has just released upon the world: famine, disease, plague, all manner of debauchery and horror is represented in these many figures and shapes.
A mystical scene depicts a woman gazing at an ancient box, from which ethereal spirits emerge in vibrant colors. Light streams into a grand, ancient setting filled with intrigue.
