Extreme close-up of a surreal open mouth with very large, fleshy lips covered in fine, dark hairs resembling stubble that extend onto the surrounding skin. The mouth reveals rows of unusually sharp and elongated, uniformly white teeth on both the upper and lower jaws, which appear to connect seamlessy to the gum line. The inside of the mouth is a deep, dark cavern. Two insects are prominently featured within the mouth: a brown cockroach-like insect with antennae is near the lower left teeth, and a dark, pill bug-like insect with many legs is near the lower right teeth. The lighting is dramatic, highlighting the texture of the lips and teeth against a dark, undefined background.
