The ocean roars with mighty waves,
Its endless depths a watery grave.
A force to be reckoned with, no doubt,
A power that can bring both life and drought.
But beneath its surface, there's a pain,
A lament that echoes like a mournful refrain.
For the ocean, too, can feel the hurt,
As pollution and destruction make it desert.
Oh, how the ocean cries and moans,
As it watches its creatures turn to bones.
It pleads for help, for change to come,
Before all its beauty is left undone.
So let us hear the ocean's lament,
And work together to make a dent.
For only then can we hope to save,
The mighty ocean's eternal wave.
