Detailed 16-bit pixel art illustration framed inside an ornate, dark metallic circular crest decorated with gothic red emblems. Inside the frame, a lone man wearing a green field jacket stands from a back view holding a handgun. He faces a towering, terrifying monster with a massive rusted triangular pyramid for a head, who is dragging a giant buster sword. The background is a bleak, heavily fog-shrouded urban alleyway with muted colors and a dark psychological survival horror atmosphere
A vertical full shot shows the rear view of a young man, James Sunderland, standing in a foggy, dark alley, facing the terrifying creature, Pyramid Head. The man has brown hair, is wearing a green jacket and blue jeans, and is holding a gun in his left hand. The towering monster, Pyramid Head, has a rusty, triangular iron helmet hiding its face and wears a bloody apron. It holds a massive, rusted sword in its left hand, dragging it on the ground. The background is a murky, damp alleyway with wet pavement reflecting the dim streetlights, partially obscured by heavy fog. On the brick wall to the left, a sign reads MIDWICH St., and under it, graffiti in red paint reads, There was a HOLE here. It's gone now. The entire scene is framed by an ornate, gothic, dark metallic circular mirror frame adorned with intricate scrollwork, with a red-backed emblem at the top and bottom.
