After pre-shrinking her ankle-length velvet swimdress in the bath, Ophelia went to the woods and twirled around under the waterfall until her velvet dress was a tight fit. Then she dived into the river to enjoy a swim in it. She then came home again, her shoes ruined by their underwater experience, and Ophelia flopped back into the bath to rinse her dress. Holding her breath, she twirled and round underwater to ease the tight dress up and over her head. "All ready for tomorrow's dance", she gurgled, her hair floating round her head as she lay back underwater. She stood up and hung the dress over the bath to dry. "Must buy some new shoes on the way."
