Drachendämonen und Echsenhexen

More about Drachendämonen und Echsenhexen

A framed, detailed oil painting depicts a dark, demonic figure on the left and a pale-skinned deity or goddess with wings on the right, separated by a large, complex, star-shaped mandala with intricate geometric patterns in shades of rust, gray, and cream, set against a deep blue, starry cosmos background. The demon is dark grey, scaly, muscular, with large black wings, long curved horns, glowing red eyes, and a sharp-toothed grin, crouching down and looking towards the center. The goddess is seated, pale green-skinned, with a crown of flowers and radiant sun-like spikes, wearing a flowing green gown and sporting large scaly green wings; she holds a small, green, dragon-like creature in her lap while another green dragon rests beside her feet. Several small, doll-like figures and children are scattered throughout the scene near the bottom and floating near the top corners.
