More about Levites' Inheritance - Joshua Chapter 21 Poem

In Joshua Chapter 21, we read,
Of Levites' inheritance, a sacred seed,
God's chosen tribe, a holy lot,
To serve Him always, in their allotted spot.
The Levites were set apart, by God's command,
To serve in His presence, in the holy land,
They were not given, a piece of land to own,
But cities and pasturelands, to them were shown.
God was their portion, their inheritance true,
For they were called, to serve the Lord anew,
In the cities of refuge, and other towns,
They ministered to Israel, with God's own crowns.
With grateful hearts, the Levites received,
God's provision, as they believed,
In His faithful promise, to always provide,
For those who serve Him, with hearts open wide.
In Joshua Chapter 21, we see,
The Levites' inheritance, a legacy,
Of God's calling, and divine trust,
A sacred service, so blessed and just.
So let us learn, from their example bright,
To serve the Lord, with all our might,
And trust in Him, our faithful guide,
As we walk with Him, by His side.
