Bring back his image actively to life.This is the toy maker.The little gadget the toy maker has in his hands is a device that makes all of the toys around him come to life all at once. But, on the toy makers breastplate is also a gadget that remotely turns the toy maker off. We don’t see who remotely turned the toy maker off, but we see him shutting down while all the other toys are active . The image never pans away to show who tuned the toy maker off.

It was not mentioned who the toy maker actually was :-). Someone shut all of them down.

Note to self:
Add another 5 seconds of video where the toy toy maker looks back up and smiles. Once he smiles, he says in a male voice, “What did” and the voice turns to female and says,”you expect? I am a Deep Dreamer in a deep dream.” Then all of the toys start up again.
The viewer is then the Deep Dreamer. All of us are the Toy Maker. :-)
