A charming Ghibli-inspired forest clearing where dozens of fashionable otters host an extravagant afternoon tea party for tiny children. The otters wear oversized flower hats and tiny waistcoats while balancing teacups on their noses. A young girl laughs as an otter butler serves blueberry pancakes taller than himself.
