Surrealistic, slightly creepy illustration depicting a landscape with glowing buildings, glowing red figures inside the buildings, a winding road, and glowing hooded figures walking on wooden scaffolding under a twilight blue and dark night sky. The scene is dominated by a dark blue and black color palette, illuminated by a glowing red energy source coming from the lower left. The landscape features rolling hills in the background under a dark sky with wispy clouds, a winding road cutting through the landscape. Flanking the road are intricate, ornate buildings with columns, arches, and balconies, illuminated by a dim, eerie light. Glowing red figures, shrouded in cloaks, stand inside the windows and balconies of the buildings. On the wooden scaffolding extending from the buildings, several glowing hooded figures, cloaked in dark garments, are walking towards the lower right. One figure is bent over, another is standing upright, and others are walking down a set of stairs. The entire scene is bathed in an eerie, otherworldly glow, creating a sense of mystery and suspense.
