Strange and exotic birds.
Olson's Water-Crow is notable for its "soak-and-sit" foraging strategy, in which it settles chest-deep in shallow water and waits for food to come to it. Occasionally steals sandwiches from unattended picnics, a trait that famously led to its discovery (by amateur naturalist Thomas Olson) who stumbled upon this pair while searching for a place to eat his lunch. 😊
