Artistu.s. troops patrol Portland streets as if there is an active war zone but in reality everything is normal as families have picnics, couples shop at thrift stores and friends meet for coffee at local cafes. all the while eyeing the occupying troops with suspicious, wary eyes.
citizens trying to enjoy their lives as normal can't help but notice there are soldiers occupying their city.
