A male zombie in a green hospital gown sits on a hospital bed in a rundown hospital room with green walls. The zombie has a gaunt face with glowing yellow eyes, a missing ear on the right side, and bloodstains around his mouth. The left side of the zombie's face is bruised and torn open, and there is a dark, bloody wound on the right side of his neck. The zombie is wearing a green medical shirt with several bloodstains and a dark undershirt, dark pants with several tears and stains, and brown shoes. His hands are covered in dark blood, and he is leaning forward slightly with his arms outstretched. The room is dimly lit, with a square ceiling light in the center. The hospital bed is covered in a white sheet with blood stains on the edge. To the right of the bed, there is a metal sink with a white basin. The walls are covered in green paint, with some areas peeling or showing stains, and the floor is a dark color.
