Explanation of the prompt: The Italian futurists made some very smooth organic shapes and surfaces, when asked to apply this finish to a (photo) portrait of a girl, this gives a kind of 1970´s glamour sheen to the image. Like extremely photoshopped models, but more tastefully done than these days...

If you say Redhead Dejah Thoris, she becomes a redhead.. It doesn´t matter that she had jet black hair in the original description, something clicks with the futurists and a glossy style... The cinematic lighting just adds some drama.
And you get nice Barsoomy backgrounds.Art nouveau is in there, because it adds subtlety of color. Most others are for generating detail.
