The docks dont currently appear like this .. but maybe they will? Gloucester Docks were once the largest inland port in the UK and the closest to the centre of England that large boats could reach. Today its a shadow of its former self industrially, as it goes the way of many docklands, becoming a slightly industrial, mainly residential, retail area attracting shoppers, visitors and tourists.
