An ugly, mutated squirrel-like creature is shown from the chest up, facing the camera. It has large, red and yellow veiny eyes that seem to be bulging out far from its head, with pupils dilated. The surrounding skin of its eyes is wrinkled and bumpy. Its mouth is wide open, revealing several rows of uneven, yellowed teeth, some of which are sharp, pointed tusks.
