A vibrant painting depicts a charming village scene, with stone houses, a flowing canal, and lush greenery under a partly cloudy sky. The main house, centrally located, is made of light-colored stone with a multi-layered brown-orange tiled roof and several chimneys. It features multiple windows with bright blue shutters, and blooming purple flowers are growing on its walls. A small wooden stoop with a brown door and a side gate leads to the house. To the right of the main house is a smaller, similar stone building with open blue-shuttered windows, also adorned with potted pink and purple flowers on its doorstep. A large tree with green and orange leaves stands next to this smaller house.
