A top-down ultra-detailed shot of an intricately decorated cake. The cake is shaped like a baby outfit, possibly a onesie or a dress, with ruffled edges. The outfit is primarily white with floral patterns in various shades of purple, lavender, pink, and mint green, resembling delicate embroidery or appliqués. Two realistic-looking geckos, crafted from fondant or sugar paste, are positioned on the cake. One gecko is larger and positioned higher, with its head slightly cut off at the top right. The other, smaller gecko is to its left, angled downwards. Both geckos are light mint green with detailed scaly textures and lighter white markings on their backs and heads. Their eyes are dark and prominent. They are surrounded by additional floral decorations in pinks and purples, and there's a brown, textured patch underneath them, possibly representing a piece of wood or earth. The entire cake is set against a vibrant pastel purple background, which is sparsely scattered with small, delicate pink and purple flowers and white snowflake-shaped decorations. The lighting is soft and even, highlighting the intricate details and textures of the cake and decorations.
