ArtistFairy tale-inspired origami applique, intricate 3D volume, recycled black and white newspapers, textural newspaper structure, Chinese cultural motifs, whimsical house crafted from folded newspapers, enchanting trees and river fashioned from newsprint, mysterious black cat element, ethereal pale blue sky composed of newspapers, atmospheric dense fog effect.
A detailed papercraft diorama depicts a whimsical scene featuring a small cabin and a winding stream, all crafted from old newspapers and paper sheets. In the center, a charming cottage with a tiered roof, a chimney, and a small arched door stands on a grassy bank. The roof and walls are made of newspaper with visible text, and the cottage features small windows. Steps lead down from the cabin to a winding stream made of blue-tinted paper strips that flow horizontally across the bottom of the scene. To the left, a large tree with geometric, origami-like leaves extends its branches, and a black cat crouches near its base. To the right, another similar tree stands tall, framing the cabin. In the background, a large pine tree is also crafted from paper, and the sky is made of pasted newspaper clippings under a pale blue wash. A soft mist or fog drifts across the middle ground, partially obscuring the stream and the base of the trees. The overall style is intricate and textured, showcasing the folds and crinkles of the paper medium.
