A sequence of six comic panels illustrating corn on the cob transforming into yellow, robotic spiders. In the first panel, a single ear of corn sits in a white ceramic dish on a red and white checkered tablecloth. In subsequent panels, individual kernels begin to detach, revealing themselves to be small, spherical spiders with segmented, articulated legs and round, patterned bodies. The corn progressively uncoils and hollows out as the spiders emerge, moving across the dish and the tablecloth until the entire ear has fully transformed into a swarm of active mechanical spiders, set against a background of green foliage and yellow flowers under soft sunlight, with each panel numbered one through six in the upper left corner.
