ArtistA ghetto in a big city during the electrification of industry. No real standards. Gross incompatibility. From a technical standpoint. Factories billowing smoke to the skies. Transforming materials. Never quite reaching perfection. After all, infinity is just as likely as 100%.
A Steampunk-Victorian-Industrial alleyway, a tall, narrow perspective down a dark, cobbled alley leading to a towering industrial factory emitting thick black smoke from multiple massive smokestacks, and glowing warmly from within with flickering lights and large turning gears through massive grimy windows. The alley itself is lined with brick buildings, their walls covered in a tangled mess of electrical wires, transformers, and utility poles with overflowing rubbish bins and debris scattered on the ground. A handful of men in old-fashioned attire are walking in the alley, some of whom are looking at a blue neon glowing cloud shape that is emanating sparks, while others are examining a complex electrical setup on a wooden workbench. The overall atmosphere is dark, gritty, and mysterious, filled with a sense of industrial might and forgotten technology.
