ArtistThe renowned, aging archaeologist Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford)—sporting his signature hat and a leather whip at his belt—and the young Lara Croft (Alicia Vikander) are exploring the ruins of an ancient, dilapidated Chinese temple shrine. There, the two archaeologists encounter the small red Chinese dragon, Mushu (from *Mulan*), who gazes back at them with an expression that is half-astonished, half-feigned annoyance. Lara holds an old kerosene lantern for light; the ruins of the temple shrine are filled with ancient Chinese dragon statues and images of deities. The final rays of the sun slip across the horizon as darkness descends. A light mist begins to form along the ground, creating an atmosphere that is both mythical and mystical. A fantasy illustration, oil on canvas, in the style of the Old Masters—a true masterpiece.
LARA: "Indy, is that the ancient, holy dragon statue we’re looking for?"
MUSHU: "Hey, watch how you talk about the mighty, fearsome Mushu!"
INDY: "Lara, I’m just as stumped as you are!"
MUSHU "Cool hat, man! But tell me, is that a snake in your hand..."
