ArtistWhat a wonderful smell it was! The cobbler would snack on the smell with his rice flatbread, and it seemed to him that he was holding a fat and tender eel in his mouth. And so he did every day. But the stingy fisherman noticed the cobbler's cunning and decided to get money from him at all costs. One morning, when the cobbler was mending someone's heta, the fisherman came into his hut and silently handed him a piece of paper. On this piece of paper was written down how many times the cobbler had come to the shop and smelled the smoked eels.
