Horrific enormous seagull lobotomy bivalve jellyfish beak lobotomy giraffe homunculus internal barnacle lung beak organs disgrace meat surreal homunculus zygote brutal meatotomy eyeball brain internal organs vivisection, by Dali and Francis Bacon
A hyper-detailed, grotesque surrealist nightmare scene rendered in the style of Hieronymus Bosch meets H.R. Giger, set in a desolate, apocalyptic wasteland under a stormy, bruised sky with swirling clouds of ochre, slate, and deep crimson. In the foreground, three anatomically dissected, biomechanical monstrosities dominate: on the left, a colossal vulture with its ribcage opened like a grotesque diorama revealing internal organs fused with organic machinery, exposed brain matter, and dripping blood; its beak is wide open, gripping a long, fleshy tentacle that extends from its throat to the central figure. In the center, a bald, emaciated human torso with exposed musculature, lungs, and heart, one eye replaced by a pulsating, fleshy eyeball on a stalk, the other eye wide with horror; blood and viscera drip from the open chest cavity. On the right, a towering giraffe with its neck split open to reveal internal organs, a smaller, fetal-like humanoid figure nestled within its ribcage, and a glass sphere containing a malformed, eyeless creature at its base; its tongue lolls out.
