The mind beyond all duality,
The nature of reality itself,
Is here, right now, within you.

To see it, simply look within,
Beyond the thoughts and emotions that cloud your mind,
To the clear and empty space that lies beyond.

This space is your true nature,
The source of all being,
The ground of all experience.

Rest in this space,
Without judgment or striving,
And you will know liberation.

Mahamudra is not something you can achieve,
It is something you can only realize.
So relax, let go, and be free.
