I am trying it again, different seed image which was created on Nightcafe (from a DALL-E2 result) -
now evolved with a partial change in the prompt (after the first evolve) in order to define Cthulhu more explicitly, the next result was already pretty good, but this final evolve at higher definition (at 30%) also gave me what I was missing previously: the tattoes! .
