Three men dressed in medical gear, white lab coats, etc., and looking like doctors, are holding syringes with hypodermic needles pointing upwards. Issuing out of them are toxic fumes where hideous, grotesque and demonic forms in smokey mists are arising from the needles. the doctors have expressionless, zombie like faces. They look like they have lost all sense of self, just like robots. before them are the patients on cots and hospital beds all waiting to receive the nauseous concoctions with the syringes. They also have expression faces and look as if they are already dead. One large hypodermic needle on a syringe is squirting all kinds of horrible monsters from it. Roger Dean
In a dark and eerie operating room, three robotic figures with white lab coats stand holding glowing syringes, injecting colorful smoke into the air. The smoke, a vivid green and purple, swirls and morphs into a horrifying host of grotesque creatures. Skulls with gaping mouths and sharp teeth, multi-limbed monsters with glowing eyes, and tentacled beings with eerie grins emerge from the mist, their bodies contorted in terror. The room is filled with medical beds, most holding inert bodies with blank, humanoid faces, while others lie covered with sheets. Some beds are empty and rolled aside. The floor is cluttered with fallen objects, including a few pieces of red, tangled wires. On the left, a large, dark, squid-like creature with blank eyes looms next to the scientists, its tentacles draped. The scene is illuminated by the neon glow of the smoke, casting grotesque shadows on the walls and creating a sense of chilling medical horror.
