ArtistVivid alcohol ink artwork, A rich alcohol ink painting—depicting two kittens of different colors playfully tugging at a rope with their teeth—executed on rice paper, which allows the outlines to bleed and spread with a translucent quality. Sumi-e.
A watercolor illustration of two cute kittens climbing up a thick rope, set against an abstract, fluid watercolor background with splatters and washes of yellow-brown and greyish-black. The kitten on the left is a ginger tabby with warm orange and brown stripes, white patches on its chest and paws, bright green eyes, and pink inner ears; it is grasping the rope with both front paws, looking upwards. The kitten on the right is a grey and black tabby with white paws and chest, green eyes, and pink inner ears, also gripping the rope with its paws while looking up. The vertical rope hangs down the center, detailed with twisted fibers and a frayed end at the bottom.
