"Recently, I had a nightmare in which I was lying in my bed, and suddenly, the earth started shaking around me. However, I soon realized that it was my bed shaking, not the earth. Simultaneously, I became aware that it was only me trembling. I attempted to get up from my body but couldn't because I felt paralyzed. The lights disappeared, and I found myself questioning, 'Am I going to die like this? So abruptly? Is this all there is?' I didn't feel any fear; it was simply a matter-of-fact observation."
