Prompt: Ratgut from Brütal Legend, realistic cinematic dark-fantasy horror creature, full body. A tall, unnaturally thin humanoid monster with a grotesquely oversized, round, swollen abdomen. His skin is pale corpse-like blue-gray, with a gaunt elongated face, sunken features, narrow glowing blue eyes and a disturbing skeletal grin. His enormous distended belly is the defining feature: the stretched semi-translucent blue-gray flesh faintly reveals dozens of small black rats moving and crawling inside his abdomen. Every rat has tiny intensely glowing blue eyes, creating dozens of eerie points of light beneath the skin. The creatures constantly shift and writhe inside his swollen stomach. Ratgut wears a long, tattered black coat hanging from his thin shoulders and extending almost to the ground, with ragged tails and worn gothic details. His extremely thin arms and legs emerge from beneath the coat, ending in dark claw-like hands and narrow feet. His proportions are grotesquely unbalanced: skeletal upper body and limbs contrasted with the enormous spherical belly. His mouth is unnaturally wide and distended, designed to release the rats from inside his body. Several black rats are crawling out of his open mouth while others swarm around his feet. The rats are small, aggressive and filthy, with glowing blue eyes. Bleak Drowning Doom battlefield, dead trees, gray-brown ground, mist and distant supernatural structures. Cold blue supernatural illumination emphasizes the glowing eyes inside his belly and the rat swarm. Grotesque gothic horror, disturbing heavy-metal album aesthetic, realistic organic textures, cinematic lighting, full-body composition. Style: realistic dark fantasy, heavy metal album cover aesthetic, highly detailed textures, cinematic lighting. The overall visual design should faithfully capture the aesthetic of dark heavy-metal fantasy, classic rock-and-roll rebellion, dramatic shadows, gritty atmosphere, photorealistic materials, high-detail fantasy concept art.

More about Nightmare of the Ratgut

A detailed shot of a tall, monstrous Ratgut of Drowning Doom from Brütal Legend with grey, rotting skin and glowing blue eyes, screaming in a dark, barren forest at night. The creature wears tattered, dark rags and has an enormous, swollen abdomen made of a semi-transparent membrane that reveals dozens of writhing rats with glowing blue eyes inside. Its mouth is wide open, with rats pouring out of it. The creature stands amidst a massive swarm of rats on the muddy ground, all with matching glowing blue eyes. In the background, under a dark, stormy sky, looms a gothic, medieval castle with towering spires shrouded in mist, surrounded by dead, leafless trees.
