Inspiration and prompt by Marianne Van Arnhem
A watercolor painting of a pond filled with vibrant koi fish and blooming water lilies. Several koi swim in the swirling, blue-and-teal water: a red-and-white patterned koi curves on the left, a silver-and-red fish arches near the top center, a vibrant blue-and-purple speckled fish glides horizontally, a bright orange-and-yellow koi swims vertically on the right, a purple-and-magenta floral-patterned fish sweeps diagonally upward, and a small orange-and-white koi rests near the bottom left. Interspersed among the fish are numerous lotus and water lily flowers in shades of pink, magenta, and white, with lush green lily pads floating on the water. The surrounding water is dotted with tiny golden sparkles and small multicolored blossoms, creating a magical, dreamlike atmosphere with rich textures and vivid colors.
