Under the Influence of an Onmyōji
Beneath the moon’s pale, watchful gaze,
The Onmyōji weaves his maze—
Ink-black shadows twist and rise,
Bound by whispers, stars, and sighs.
"By the Five, the spell is cast,
East to West, the omen passed.
Spirits heed, the balance sways—
Light and dark in endless plays."
Shikigami, paper-born,
Dance where lantern light is torn.
Silent steps on sacred ground,
Echo secrets without sound.
Fate unravels, threads unwind,
Tugged by hands of power entwined.
Do you feel the unseen chains?
Or just the chill of ghostly rains?
One misstep, the veil may tear—
What was hidden will be there.
Underneath his mystic art,
Even time forgets to start.
So tread softly, hold your breath,
Lest you wake what whispers death.
For the Onmyōji’s sway
Might just make the night... obey.
