After Janet and Julia in the flat upstairs had totally flooded the place (see previous picture), Brenda O'Dray in the flat below them suddenly enjoyed a spontaneous shower in her elegant dark-blue evening dress. She said "Well I was going to send it to the cleaners anyway, and now I can just swim round the room in it. And I can practice my mermaiding too." Shortly afterwards Janet and Julia joined her for a swim by falling through a hole in the ceiling.
