My old lady neighbor in her yard,
With a watering can and a gardening card,
She tends to her plants with utmost care,
And makes her yard a sight so rare.
Her roses bloom in shades of red,
And her tulips dance with grace instead,
The fragrance of her lavender soothes the air,
And her lilies, oh they're beyond compare.
Her garden bench, a quiet retreat,
Where she sits and rests her weary feet,
And with a smile, she watches the world go by,
As the clouds lazily drift across the sky.
My old lady neighbor, so sweet and kind,
A gentle soul with a beautiful mind,
Her yard is her canvas, her masterpiece,
And we are all lucky to be a witness to her peace.
