How about down the Mid-Kent line via Lewisham (and the DLR) to Hayes (interchanging with the Croydon Tramlink at Elmers End), then through Keston to Biggin Hill, then round the old Southern Heights alignment to New Addington (joint station with Croydon Tramlink) and round to Sanderstead :)
