More about Manna from Heaven - Exodus Chapter 16 Poem

Exodus Chapter 16, a story of provision,
God's faithfulness shown in a heavenly vision.
The Israelites, hungry and weak,
In the wilderness, their future seemed bleak.
But God heard their cries, He knew their plight,
He rained down manna, a heavenly delight.
Each morning, like dew on the ground,
Manna appeared, a miracle profound.
With quail in the evening, and manna by day,
God sustained them, along the way.
They gathered enough, for each day's need,
Dependent on God's mercy, indeed.
But some were greedy, they hoarded in vain,
For manna spoiled, a lesson plain.
God's provision, a test of trust,
To rely on Him, was truly a must.
In Exodus 16, a lesson we learn,
To trust in God, with hearts that yearn.
His faithfulness, a promise sure,
In times of need, our hope secure.
So let us remember, each day anew,
God's provision, so faithful and true.
Exodus 16, a tale of grace,
God's manna from heaven, in every place.
