November Landscape Collage

More about November Landscape Collage

A mixed media artwork featuring the word November in large, sweeping white cursive letters across the center. The background is a composite of different textures and scenes. On the left, a blue-grey square with a white snowflake and a textured purple stripe. In the center, a landscape of a winter scene with snow-covered ground, bare trees, a winding river, and a pale sun in a cloudy sky. A large grey heron stands on the snow-covered bank near the water, and a tiny, indistinct figure stands nearby. On the right, the face of a woman with dark hair and intense eyes emerges from the clouds. The far right edge is a vertical band of bright orange, red, and yellow paint with splatters and smudges. The entire piece has a distressed, textured quality, like painted wood or canvas with peeling paint and cracks.
