Inspired byKlimt, Redon, Stettheimer, Rackham: woman with black long hair in white resting on a love seat with a black and white tuxedo cat
An oil painting depicts a pale-skinned woman with very long black hair, wearing a white dress, lounging on a white sofa. She has her right hand to the side of her face, with her elbow resting on the sofa, and her left arm rests outstretched along the back of the sofa. A black and white cat is stretched out across her lap, looking forward with bright green eyes. The woman wears a white dress with sheer white long sleeves and a sweetheart neckline. Her lower body and legs are covered by black trousers, which drape down the side of the sofa, near the floor. Behind the sofa is a wall decorated with bright floral arrangements against blue, yellow, and green patterned backgrounds.
