This is a cute illustration which would be perfect for a children's book about the character you see floating in the skies of this lovely little village. There are some intriguing additions, such as the mechanical gears floating below the Harry Potteresque boy, which must signify something ... but again, another mystery that only the original illustrator can reveal.
