A huge futuristic spacecraft is standing on a monumental spaceport launch pad, moments before the launch of a mission to Pluto. The engines are already running, with steam, smoke and glowing lights swirling around the spacecraft. Two astronauts are already strapped into their seats inside the cockpit, wearing full spacesuits and ready for launch. One of them is looking out through the cockpit window. In the middle of this extremely serious and spectacular science-fiction scene, a completely ordinary elderly woman suddenly arrives beside the spacecraft. She is holding a large, carefully wrapped food package in her hands. She enthusiastically waves at one of the astronauts while holding up the package, as if saying: “You left this at home, son!” The astronaut looks at her through the cockpit window with a mixture of shock, embarrassment and disbelief. The other astronaut sitting beside him is struggling not to laugh. Ground crew members in the background stare at the scene in complete confusion. The entire scene should feel both epic and absurd: a historic and dangerous mission to Pluto is about to begin, but right before launch, the astronaut’s mother has arrived to deliver the food he forgot at home.
