I'm not sure if this image's inspiration originated in Alaska, but with the mountains in the background and the colorful boats in the foreground, I would say it's a pretty good guess.

Regarding its use as a style filter, many of these highly graphic style images worked very well, if your base image had the similar characteristics ... but for portraits they usually fell short, unless you got lucky ... which was always a possibility in Deep Dream then, and even more so now with AI renderings.
