Watercolor painting depicting a vibrant scene with polar bears and penguins. On a sandy shore by a turbulent blue sea, one polar bear stands on its hind legs, holding strings to a large, colorful dragon-shaped kite that soars in the sky. Another polar bear stands nearby, looking through an old-fashioned camera mounted on a tripod, as if taking a picture. Three penguins stand on the shore, watching the scene. In the background, there are jagged, snow-capped mountains and a small red airplane flying in the sky. The sky is a mix of blue, white, and yellow strokes.
