The details you may not want to know: To start off an attempt to reduce the blank watercolor papers I have been reluctant to fill... A basic test of dispersion yielded a pleasant ocean.
This took under two minutes to do.
Using 4"x 8" watercolor paper and student grade generic acrylics and water to create a base.
I snapped nearly all the inexpensive brushes at the ferrell, so I have only 1 of my former good bruises to paint with.
