More about Sweltering Night (Homage #1 inspired by @E. M. Peterson)

A medium shot depicts a young blonde woman lying on her back in a double bed in a modern apartment, visibly sweating. She wears a yellow silk pajama set, with a camisole top and matching shorts. Her face, neck, arms, and legs are covered in beads of sweat, indicating an uncomfortable heat wave. One arm is thrown over her head, resting on a white pillow, while the other lies beside her. Next to her on the bed, a tabby cat looks towards the camera with green eyes. Nearby, an unopened bottle of Dasani water, a black smartphone displaying a music player app with the song In the Heat of the Night playing, and orange over-ear headphones are neatly arranged. In the background, a nightstand holds a digital clock displaying 01:40 in bright red LEDs and a digital hygrometer reading 85 degrees Fahrenheit and 78 percent humidity. A potted green plant sits on the nightstand, and a window shows the glowing city skyline at night with illuminated skyscrapers and streetlights.
