A full-length vertical movie poster featuring Gene Simmons from the rock band KISS, portraying his Demon persona. He stands on a cobbled path in front of a misty, nighttime cemetery with headstones and a wrought iron fence. He is shirtless, wearing black briefs with a studded metal belt, furry wristbands, a harness across his chest with a white lace ruff, and heavy black and white face paint with his tongue sticking out and fangs showing. His hands are raised in claw-like gestures. Above him is a large red full moon and bold red text that reads "ALMOST HUMAN" with dripping blood effects, and the subtitle "A HALLOWEEN PINUP". At the bottom, in matching red dripping text, it says "OCTOBER 31" and below that in smaller white text, "STARRING GENE SIMMONS".
